Participants will visit two elementary schools in one day, giving them a rich, side‑by‑side look at powerful bilingual instruction across different settings.

Educators will be organized into two groups, allowing for deeper conversations, smoother movement between sites, and more meaningful classroom engagement.

OABE School Visitations 2027

The DLBE School Visits Program will take place on Friday, February 26, 2027, and we’re thrilled to share that this year’s experience will focus exclusively on Elementary Dual Language programs.

Participants will spend the day visiting classrooms, connecting with educators, and seeing powerful bilingual learning in action. It’s a chance to explore real‑world models, gather ideas, and deepen our collective vision for DLBE across Oregon.

OABE will provide transportation and meals, so attendees can fully immerse themselves in the learning and collaboration.
