OABE Student Award

This award honors high school students who have shown a strong commitment to promoting bilingualism in their communities. The Oregon Association for Bilingual Education seeks to recognize these efforts and to support leadership opportunities that encourage students to continue making a positive impact on multilingual children and families in our state.

Qualified candidates must: 

• Be a junior- or senior-year student currently enrolled in an Oregon high school 
• Complete the entire application and follow submission deadlines
• Priority will be given to those students who maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 
• Priority will be given to those students who attend the Path to Scholarships workshop on TBD
