OABE Path to Scholarships
We are thrilled to offer this workshop this year!
Date: The workshop will be held on Friday, December 5th, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This workshop is an opportunity for high school students to support and build their self-confidence and courage in seeking post-graduation options, and gain college application/scholarship strategies that work.
The Path to Scholarship training will be school-based, with our facilitator live-streaming at your school. Students will access the training in a shared space designated by your school, allowing participation from a wider geographical area and eliminating the need for each student to have access to a computer.

Registration is free for all participants who sign up by November 7th (limited to the first 100 students). After this date, the registration fee will be $60 per student (additional fees may apply), and the deadline to register is November 21st, 2025.
At this workshop, students will:
Receive their own College and Scholarship Planning Guide.
Create a portfolio to prepare for college and scholarship applications.
Be guided to write their first draft of a Winning Scholarship Essay.
Learn that with desire and hard work, anyone can go to college!
Build self-confidence and courage to seek a better future by providing them with college application/scholarship strategies that work!
