Our district is forecasting a significant drop in ELs next year and large number of monitor 1 and 2 students. Wondering what type of support other districts are offerring monitored students? This may be the perfect opportunity to put in place a two prong sys. that lends it's well to English languge developement as well as more advanced language support as it applies to core content. Am wondering if any district have a model that focus on Monitored students....Any suggestions? Ideas?
